A Theta Healing consultation is non-evasive and does not involve physical contact. This means it can take place face to face or over the phone.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR A PRIVATE CONSULTATION

To prepare for your Theta Healing consultation session all you need to do is decide what it is about your life that you'd like to change or what your goal is for the session. For example are you seeking better health? More prosperity? A loving, nurturing and supportive partner? You may also want to ask yourself “if I could change or improve any aspect of my life, what would it be?".
From a physical perspective ensure you are comfortable and relaxed. If you are doing a session over the phone ensure you choose a quiet place where you will not be disturbed during your session. It is also essential that you drink water before, during and after the session to enhance and facilitate the healing process.
